This wasn’t Ti’s only encounter with Grievous, she was assigned to protect Supreme Chancellor Palpatine during an attack on Coruscant. Out of the seven Jedi, Shaak Ti was one of only three survivors. Even when the General disarmed her, she used the force to shield herself from a potentially fatal blow from his lightsaber (although it did send her hurtling into a pillar which collapsed on top of her). Out of the seven Jedi group Shaak Ti was one of the last standing and indeed even held off Greivous alone for a short period. Grievous attacked, but using his cybernetic limbs and an unorthodox fighting style which the already exhausted Jedi had never seen before, he began to pick them off one by one. The General announced his arrival and his intent to kill the battle-weary Jedi.

After a battle went horribly wrong, seven Jedi were left alone fighting an army of droids, they retreated, exhausted and fatigued. She was among the first Jedi to face General Grievous the lightsaber-wielding cyborg leader of the droid armies a notorious Jedi killer. The series acted as a bridge between the films Star Wars Episodes II and III. Shaak Ti was a character that had an important role in a couple of their story-lines. I was first introduced to this character properly in the cartoon series Star Wars: Clone Wars which was released in 2003. As my love for this character comes from sources outside the movies, I will be analyzing content from both Canon and Legend sources. This analysis will be on my favorite character from the Star Wars franchise Jedi Master Shaak Ti.
